Pawhuska Public Schools is seeking the following positions.

Must possess current CDL
Child Nutrition Fund Custodian
High School diploma or equivalent
Computer experience required
Some responsibilities include:

Child Nutrition Accounting
Works directly with Administration office (Payroll and Accounts Payable)
Encumbrance Clerk - Payroll Clerk - Benefits Coordinator - Board Minutes Clerk*
This is a 12 month position - 8 hours per day.
High School diploma required and preference will be given to experienced payroll and benefits coordinator with Human Relations background.
Consideration will be given to licensed administrative personnel
Computer experience is a must with a strong background in office programs, Word, Excel, Google docs, etc.
Previous HR experience is a plus with a focus on strong customer service
Maintain confidentiality in school/personnel matters
Collect and remit all tax liabilities including state and federal, W-2 reporting, and all payroll accounting areas.
Post and maintain accounting and payroll expenditures, and monitor and correct for any Oklahoma Cost Accounting System (OCAS) payroll discrepancies. Reconcile and remit all benefits for the district and its employees including retirement, insurance, annuities, flex spending, and any other benefits as required.
Worker’s Comp and unemployment claims
Handling of job vacancies, postings, and background checks
Maintain budget to match EON
Send all notifications to county of board meeting changes
Help with preparation of board agenda
*Application deadline for payroll/encumbrance clerk position is flexible.
